High IT definition and audio-visual tools guarantee the close connection between the central system and the peripheral labs. A sophisticated internal information system allows fast and easy real-time delivery of the samples collected by the customs offices, which forward them to the specialized labs according to their product category, so as to optimize response times while guaranteeing high quality standards.
